Something that makes middle aged women think dressing like a 15 yr old is a reasonable choice? </p> <p>I used to work with a very smart, focused young woman who dressed like that bank manager. My boss (a man) told me to have a peer to peer conversation with her about being a bit more covered up at work and it was one of the most awkward I have ever had. It's also a shame that these women don't realize that they'd look slimmer and better if they wore clothing that fits properly, and younger if they wore more age-appropriate clothing. Older women can't (and shouldn't) compete with teenagers, so why try? It never works.</p> <p>Also, anyone in a professional occupation should know that clothing like that does not make you look professional or smart. If you want to look intelligent and gain the respect of both your coworkers and your customers, you need to dress a certain way. I'm almost willing to bet that these women don't act professionally, either. Maybe it's time for certain businesses, such as banks, to reinstate the dress code! I'm not sure even a 16 y old could get away with this style<br /> one of my bank supervisors(late 20s)-full cleavage that looks dangerously close to bursting, skintight miniskirt and 6 inch plastic platform heels.<br /> I mentioned this to my male coworker who told me its probably not many places here havea set dress code so everyone dresses however they want. He was also very interested to know which bank I go to, lol </p>
