The best way I found to explain the concept is that from a bird's eye view, what we do here might look frivolous or shallow. However, it goes beyond spending money and trying - and returning (sigh) - items. That the " journey" was about building or boosting up the confidence to face the world each day. I mean, you can even see a change in member's posture and demeanor and that is just from looking at the pictures. Amazing!</p> <p>For me, the most rewarding part has been to make the acquaintance (both virtual and IRL) of so many wonderful, unique, talented and intelligent women. </p> <p>Perhaps I don't say it enough. Thank you so much Angie and Greg for envisioning this amazing project and for your day to day work in maintaining this brilliant place pristine.</p> <p>There was something you said that really resonated with me. It is how your Papa was the one wearing his clothes, not the other way around. My style icons, my mom and grandmother do share that same characteristic and as I get older, I find myself striving to achieve that. I don't want to hide beneath my clothes like I used to. You had to see Zap, the early years... Now, I want the world to see me first!
