(It was not the Solstice Festival weekend or a parade or anything.) This morning takes the cake. There was a large naked gentleman standing in the middle of an intersection blocking traffic. Wasn't really doing anything, just standing there. Eventually he moved to the sidewalk. Mind you it wasn't particulary warm this morning, at most in the low 60's. </p>
