Shiny: I don't use Calorie Count, but I do make use of an iPhone app called Lose It! which allows me to set a calorie budget for the day and search and log foods on the run, enter exercise, etc. Yours is likely a more robust system and sounds like a great tool.

I just rejoined calorie-count.com this weekend. This is the site I used to lose all the weight a few years ago. I have to concede that my current efforts are not working, and get back to calorie counting again. I dread counting calories, but I know this technique works great for me!

If anyone else is on it, PM me and let me know if you are interested in being diet buddies on that site.

If you're not familiar with it, it enables you to set a daily calorie goal, log all your food and calculate calories. Also allows you to log calories burned through activity. There is a very active forum, and a tool that enables you to enter your favorite recipes and calculate calories per serving. All the member recipes are available. There's also a tool in which you can journal. It's a pretty cool site.
