It kind of absorbs the sweat and keeps your foot "sliding" inside the shoe for hours at a time. It might provide a little relief for your blisters!?!</p> <p>Just a tip I picked up from my mom when I was growing up - still do it to this day!</p> <p>On another note, those gifts sound lovely and fun.
