They are beloved and much-photographed symbols of Boston, and depending on the time of year, the imminent holidays or sports championship du jour, they might be ducked-er, decked out in mini versions of Celtics jerseys, Red Sox regalia, Christmas wear or Easter bonnets, patriotic colors or even winter jackets to keep the cold away. </p> <p>Like all the kids and children at heart, I adore them, and passing them today gave me a much-needed reason to smile. </p> <p>I will assume that "Gronking" is Superbowl-related. </p>
