Why would Price Waterhouse issue such a statement and publicly assume full responsibility for the incident if it was a stunt? They gain nothing, but a black mark on a carefully cultivated reputation. And why apologize if your company is not at fault? </p> <p>It looks like Brian Cullinan made a mistake.
