In cold weather it's really mood-lifting and warm. Plus, it's my colour of the year. Knew I could count on <b>Carla</b> especially to understand that! And <b>Mainelady</b>, if anyone can blend style with weather, you can!&nbsp;</p> <p><b>Robin,</b> skirts can work great in winter if you wear fleece lined tights or long underwear with them instead of sheer hose. Heattech is fabulous. I like that they don't get as slush stained when I walk. The only problem for me with skirts/ dresses in winter is that I don't always have the right coat (still don't have *my* perfect midi coat); and it tends to create an overall dark on the bottom outfit (because the tights are dark).&nbsp;</p> <p><b>NancyW</b> -- that is a great observation.
