I first saw her bags when a woman had one in Trader Joe's and I complimented her on her bag and she told me it's "Orla Kiely"...then I came home and did some googling. I find her things that I've seen and used, extremely well made. </p> <p>I understand wrestling with the price of a handbag like that. I wrestled about the luggage too. And I haven't had a handbag from her. But perhaps it's similar to how I felt when I was searching for a little backpack that I really needed...and the only nice one I could find in the size I wanted was by Kate Spade and pricey...150. It was more than I wanted to spend at the time, but I got it anyway...oh, I asked for it for Christmas/my birthday (it's the day after!) The other day I happened to take a real good look at that bag, that I have USED nearly everyday for a year and a half, and it still looks brand new! That bag has been around too...and that fabric she uses, the nylon?...it hasn't ripped or anything. Zippers and straps, still strong. I was amazed...and realized I really got my money's worth.
