I think what will help the most is dividing up the accessories into groups, one group per container, so that I don't have to dig so much. Hair accessories are an essential for me. I have a draw in the bathroom with four clear, hard plastic, lidless boxes. One has hair elastics, one has bobby pins, one has hair clips for ponytails and one has those hair combs you use for up dos. I used an old web belt of my husbands and clipped or fastened most of my hair accessories to it along the length so that I could see them when it hung on the back of my closet door. It works for scrunched, barrettes, pins and clips.
