Then again, the price point was only about $300, so maybe fees apply with higher amounts? It doesn't show me a line for duties when I get to that page - unless I add something really expensive like a purse.&nbsp;Perhaps this sweater is under a minimum limit. Matches has free shipping and returns to the US currently, so that's more appealing. But, what's the deal with duties?&nbsp;Their customer service FAQ is unclear. It says&nbsp;</p> <p>"Please note that to assist Customers orders shipped to both the US, Australia, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Qatar and Kuwait are now shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid ( DDP ) basis.&nbsp;This means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price displayed on the website."<br /><span><br />but the FAQ also says<br />"Duty is clearly itemised in your shopping bag and through the checkout process."<br /></span>and<br />"<span>Customs and handling charges will not be refunded if the goods are returned."<br /></span><br />I THINK those just apply to their older setup where duty was separate from the listed price, but it's unclear.</p> <p>So, if a sweater is $147 on sale, does that include duties? It's not itemized separately in my cart.&nbsp;If I return it, do I get $147 back? Any direct experience ordering from them? Are returns as easy as it sounds? It looks like they did a big expansion to the US this fall, so maybe I should just trust it to be easy.</p>
