They are the best to deal with. I get a confirmation email a couple of minutes after ordering. It takes two weeks to get my order. I ordered a blouse that went into back order right away and the order was canceled, so Boden sent me a gift card for my trouble. I did created an account so I can keep track of my purchases. I have returned an item, I did pay the return shipping.I have emailed customer service and they always respond. I have ordered from Boden 2 times and been very happy with the quality of the items ordered and fit, the items were beautifully packaged. </p> <p>I am pretty easy to fit with knits and jackets. The entire process from ordering to trying on to returning and being credited is usually a 2 month process. I now am taking a break from them, as I consider that an absurdity.
