The shipping was rather slow, definitely not the place you want to buy from if you need something ASAP, but the return process, was really simple. I would order from them again.</p> <p>ETA: I do have that tracking issue wth others stores outside US like S&amp;K and Topshop. I think it is a Fedex flaw, rather than the actual store, for me. I've never had a problem with returning things, though that is slow as well. Shipping is slow both ways but I had no problems getting my refund when I returned my order.
