I decided to sleep on it and #2 is the one I can't stop thinking about, though I agree that #1 has a fun factor that's hard to match. If only purchasing both were an option. At $80 and $70 respectively the tops are higher than traditional Target prices but lower than the $600+ I would have to pay for pieces by these designers sold at Neiman's. I can see it paired with jeans, trousers, or a skirt. </p> <p>What do you ladies think? </p>
