I was really trying to pay attention to how the different bras shaped me, but after a while I became exhausted and I got confused toward the end. The woman who measured me this time told me I am now a DDD (up from a DD). I don't know if I've gained back some weight or was bloated or what, but the bras I tried on seemed to fit well, so I guess that's true. I'm trying not to freak out about the large numbers (letters, really) and just concentrate on what looks/feels good.</p> <p>I ended up with Wacoal, again. I think you could have the dress shortened, if it makes you feel more comfortable. A good tailor can advise. If you feel self conscious about your calves, the light color shoes are the way to go as they create more of a long, unbroken visual line down the leg. This dress style truly is very flattering on you. I can't quite tell what color the dress is from the photo, and, are you wearing a cami? If you are wearing a cami, perhaps add one that has a touch of lace or other feminine embellishment. It will also keep the visual focus at a higher point. You really look great.
