I used to wear kitten heel slides. That's some delicate stepping. The one thing about backless shoes is, I have AA narrow feet, but I messed them up dancing (bunions now)... so the width across the bridge of my foot is artificially wide. IT seems maybe the Aldo pair is your best bet. They look nice and the gold isn't too much of a distraction. The only way it limits you is with the type of metal you might include in the rest of your outfit. I mix metals without worrying, but not everyone does this. The other pairs have problems that sound worse.
