I am 5'3" and they seem like they will hit and inch maybe below my knee. I know for sure I would wear them with my two pairs of cargo skinnies. I could also see wearing them with my skinny jeans and some flowy blouses(One of the many things I learned on this site, to mix styles the military and something feminine.. I never thought about wearing them with a casual dress. Good thought. So since I wear more jeans and jeggings I think they would work well. I just love the green.
