I don’t have a lot of dressy events but I have a few coming up and would like to have a more comfortable option than my Okalas (which are the only dress shoe in my capsule.) I picked up an inexpensive pair of sock booties at the Rack to try but I’m wondering whether their style longevity might warrant a better quality and more comfortable option. These are from Catherine Malandrino and are pretty comfortable overall but I’m toying with the idea of trying the Seychelles because they look like something I could wear to work (this makes me wonder whether they look dressy or whether they will be an alternate to my Blondo Suede OTK.) I’ve rounded up a few dresses that I think are on the dressier side for me—would either bootie work? The CM are subtlety sparkly and the stiletto heel looks dressier than the suede/knit and practical heel of the Seychelles. Not sure the red Seychelles is available in my size but would that be a better choice than the black? Would appreciate your thoughts! Thanks! </p>
