				<description>&#060;p&#062;I placed my order a few minutes after 9 Pacific time. It oddly kicked me into Checkout a few times (maybe a hint?) but I was able to get back in and continue from where I left off. Rechecking my order as shown on my Wish List, I had to make a second order of two things. I also remembered to make it a Double Points Day. The only thing out of stock was the varsity jacket— which most definitely is a Want and not a Need. Dunno if I’ll keep checking for a restock. It’s the most interesting thing on my Wish List.

If I remember right, I asked them to apply a points day to orders I'd made the day before. It might have been the exact same situation, since I too am in PDT.&#060;br /&#062;&#060;/div&#062;&#060;div&#062;&#060;br /&#062;&#060;/div&#062;&#060;div&#062;These are the types of things that of course, we might get different answers to depending on who's talking, but I was successful in getting what I wanted.&#060;/div&#062;&#060;div&#062;&#060;br /&#062;&#060;/div&#062;&#060;div&#062;Imperfections notwithstanding, Nordy does still seem to be interested in good (literally) old-fashioned customer service.&#060;/div&#062;&#060;div&#062;&#060;br /&#062;&#060;/div&#062;&#060;div&#062;Hope you get your best outcome, however it shakes out!&#060;br /&#062;&#060;/div&#062;&#060;div&#062;&#060;br /&#062;&#060;/div&#062;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;If you read the fine print, you will notice that the time one start purchasing NAS items is at 12:01 EASTERN time on whatever day your purchasing history indicates. I am in California, and Nordstrom told me that I can make orders at 9:01 the prior day. I would like this huge order be on a Personal Double Points Day. I also checked on this and was told that Double Points Days are not 24 hours but calendar days. This means that I would get less than three hours of double points. This is not a problem -- unless the website crashes as it often does at the beginning of the sale. I will still try and cross my fingers for no crash. . .
