And&nbsp;for three of the four shows we saw we had floor tickets. General admission floor is absolutely the best way to see a U2 show, but it meant we had to wait in line outside for at least an hour and then stand inside for two hours before the show started and throughout the entire evening, then walk back to the hotel. My uniform was lightweight white jeans with slightly offbeat short-sleeved tops, a small cross-body bag (you get in quicker if they don't have much to search), and thick-heeled cut-out booties. I've seen them a few times, and they always kill it! What a fab trip.&nbsp;</p> <p>My advice? Take a good hard look (and then another) at the weather report. I was in Montreal this past weekend. Friday was about 25 to 27 and glorious. Saturday was over 30 and incredibly humid. So much so that walking around was a misery. Sunday it was freezing -- maybe 8?&nbsp;</p> <p>You'll need comfy footwear for sure, but other than that, just look your normal amazing. You can dress up a bit in Montreal if you like, but you don't have to. We are off to Montreal (from NYC) next week for a one week stay that includes attendance at 4 U2 concerts (3 of which we will see from GA standing on the floor -- which means we will spend some hours outside the venue standing in line). We of course will use our "days off" for wandering around Montreal, mostly the old city, and often eating and drinking. We are staying in a little boutique hotel we love in the Quartier Spectacles, and though we are bringing a car, we will mostly be hoofing it and taking the subway. WHAT do I need to pack? I will keep you posted as I develop my U2 concert and "other" capsules. </p>
