I'd dismissed them online as they looked like a light tan, but the mushroom color IRL is a darker taupe. I brought home the 10 but decided that it is a bit too snug, and since miracle of miracles they're actually offered in a 10.5, I'm ordering that so I can wear thicker socks if need be. From my quick try-ons I think the almost shootie style will work well with skirts and crops, as well as full-length pants. I'm returning the Borns since my budget doesn't stretch to two new boots and the taupe will fill more of a gap for me. </p> <p>I also picked up a robe, and tracked down my size in the green colorway of the v-neck Halogen top. I absolutely love it and it fits well. I would say that it runs a bit big, and the neckline is pretty low, although it's stitched together above the bottom of the v - if you have a short torso it might be too low for you. </p> <p>And now I am positively done with NAS, and probably with shopping until August or September. Which is fine, because we probably have at least two months of summer weather left anyway!</p>
