A replacement white and replacement olive and a wild card blue closed toe.<br /> I’ve had this fantasy blue pair for at least a decade after I bought some blue dainty second-hand gloves at Art Deco Weekend in 2014 and dyed them as they were a bit faded. (Reasonable result but nothing like as good as what Brooklyn does.) I could never find shoes of the correct shade, even these may not be the perfect match. I was imagining going to the horse races on a Fashion in the Field day in these gloves and matching shoes. This is ridiculous because I have never been to the horse races in my life! But fun to imagine and pretend I guess. The blue shoes are so pretty to my mind. Glad you found your scarf Suz, but it also happened to me to fall out of love of an item I thought it is indesensable, like Lisa's skull scarf! (remember&nbsp; the skull scarf loss myself, too:-)).&nbsp;<br />When my wardrobe's size&nbsp; was on it's minimal limits (and only used neural colors) first thing I discovered was&nbsp; the importance of a scarf as the one very important item which could really&nbsp;pull together an outfit, matching it to seasonal requirements (in terms of not only wamth but colors, too) and even to the level of required dressiness. <br />So yes, I do love scarves for that matter and have several now. In fact, each of my outerwear item has it's own shawl/scarf of the season. <br />I wear my jackets and coats for years so the scarves can change with the new trends or my likings but always reflect some kind of connection with the coat itself, the season and the level of dressiness required. I do have issues if I can’t replace a shoe with something similar enough, currently my white sandals are worn at the front and I am not happy with them, but every single pair looking on multiple sites is not refined/dainty enough for me. I also have 2 other pairs of sandals that really need to go. Am thinking about just ditching them anyway and forcing myself to wear different ones, even if I ditch 3 I will still have 12 pairs. If I don’t get rid of them I will still wear them and look less polished than I would like. That accessory is this paisley scarf. I left it at a meeting. Luckily, the host found it, but I wasn't able to go back to pick it up for about a week, and wow, I was having trouble coming up with suitably autumnal feeling outfits!&nbsp;</p> <p>This is largely because my colour palette is so overall cool, I think. I really only have burgundy or cranberry (and currently, not enough of those) to signal "autumn."&nbsp;</p> <p>How about you? Do you struggle more to feel seasonal in some seasons than others?
