I wish I could enlist you as my personal shopper, but I understand you have a burgeoning career as a scientist that may otherwise occupy you. I never thought to look on Zappos for pants. I did search there for brown shoes, but didn't quite find what I was looking for. I have had those Me Too Sedonas bookmarked on my Amazon wish list for the past year, but I liked the Salems from 2008 better (though heartbreakingly, I missed out on those). The Me Too Lottos also look especially promising. </p> <p>I can see that the trousers may be more of a challenge though. I'm looking for a chocolate brown, perhaps with pinstripes, and did I mention that I wear a size 0 petite? And ideally, I would really like to keep the price tag below $100. </p> <p>Kate, I will have to peruse Nordstrom's site again. Tarzy, that BF cardigan is gorgeous--so tempting, as I have not yet acquired one. Taylor, I just visited both the AT and LOFT websites again and am seeing more promising options. I recently tossed a pair of brown pinstriped dress trousers from ATL that were a workhorse in my wardrobe for almost 5 years, and I'm also on the verge of tossing two favorite pairs of brown loafer pumps and brown mary janes. This will leave some serious gaps in my wardrobe, as I have come to rely on these items to pair with a camel business jacket and a brown herringbone blazer for important meetings.</p> <p>Unfortunately, brown doesn't seem to be a part of the fall collections this year at all, and I only see blacks, grays and plums out there. Although I love blacks, grays and plums, I am all set on those and, as a warm colors gal, need to replenish my browns. Has anyone seen any decent brown business-appropriate items in their fall shopping forays, and if so, could you please direct me to those retailers? Thanks so much! </p>
