For the rest of the days, I have go-to formulas of varying degrees of fabness. I just grab and go -- there's the dog-walking formula, the work formula and the lounging formula. I even have a post office and town errands formula which is a little more trendy than my work formula, but not as carefully thought out as my attire on my 2 or 3 "dress up" days.</p> <p>I highly recommend a grab-and-go formula for all of your life capsules. It saves time and reduces stress.</p> <p>I am impressed that you are wearing a dress and nice shoes for your dog care capsule! You look great. </p> <p>My off days usually consist of my old uniform of bootcut jeans, a tee or button down shirt, and boots or my little Michelle K sneakers. This is what I wear when I go out shooting photos, too, because I tend to do stuff like lie on the ground or poke around junkyards, and that way I don't worry about ruining any nice clothes. All in all, it's not a bad look, but it's my mindless look. Today is an off day for me. I'm taking care of my boyfriend's dog while he's traveling for work... and well, it's been quite the nightmare dog sitting job. Today I put on the easiest dress and tights to reach and threw my new Target parka on over it all.</p> <p>I think I need an emergency outfit - maybe even a week of them. Like in shrink wrap packaging that says 'break open in case of emergency.' </p>
