I liked everything about it but price. I found very similar for a half the price on Amazon. It came and it fits. Fabric is not the greatest, ideally I would want a bit thinner. My third choice is a rain jacket from the brand that Janet recommended (saw nothing I was interested in on the actual website) but I found one on a resale site. It’s in a light color though , I prefer black. <div> This is intended to be a travel capsule piece, maybe very occasionally I might wear it here. I love it! Nice longer length, very lightweight, dries in a flash, packs up in a small sack but also miraculously unpacks without looking rumpled. Doesn’t look so much like gear. I wore it nearly every day in Paris because it rained intermittently, and it tucked away nicely in my bag when I wasn’t using it. I don’t know how hard it is to source in Canada though, because it doesn’t even show up on the US Montbell website. I hadn’t even seen this brand before visiting Switzerland, so it may be hard to find. Pricey as well but very well made, and likely to be a workhorse for a long time to come, especially for travel. Runs slightly small, I bought a L. Perhaps Helly Hansen has something? Don’t know how available they are for you. It might not be as long as you'd like, but it is a brand i would recommend. I've gotten way more use than I expected out of it, because it packs so small I can throw it in luggage wherever I travel.
