It's been a slow process to find the right pieces but I'm loving it more and more. </p> <p>jussie in fact ALL of my denim jackets serve pretty much the same purpose. I wear them with jeans or pants. The relaxed fit/soft line at the shoulder does not bother me one bit; too sharp a shoulder on a fatigue-coloured jacket and it can veer into a military look that is too literal IMO. Also, it's a great colour -- not too warm or muddy. It will look great with blue denim, white denim, white tees, stripes, etc. The&nbsp;fabric looks nice and soft. I like the idea of an olive jacket for you but what I think you need is something with a more structured shoulder. See how the defined shoulder seam on the white one squares off your shoulder and makes a sharper line that balances your hips better? With that kind of structure at the shoulder, you can get away with lots of boxier shapes in the rest of the jacket. It's also just a little bit military/RATE with a frayed hem, which I like. I'm all about trends in very small doses. </p> <p>The thing is, this type of fit is very tricky for me to asses.&nbsp;It's a bit boxy, especially in the shoulders, but I think that's a good look for me. However, boxy jackets can make my waist disappear, which is NOT a good look for me. </p> <p>What do you think? </p> <p>1 - jeans, red sweater, olive jacket, sneakers</p> <p>2 - same look with a white denim jacket I already have, for comparison purposes </p>
