We’ve been talking about selling for some time, and the hot market convinced my husband that the timing is good. We had barely signed the listing contract before we had two serious buyers making offers. So it’s now under contract and if all goes well, it will be a done deal by early August. So we will be spending some time clearing out in July! It’s happening so fast. We will miss many things about it, but others, not so much. Mainly my husband was ready to stop having to travel back and forth so much. We are wanting to simplify our lives a bit. This will set him one step closer to retirement.</p> <p>Still, it will be hard to say goodbye.
