I could barely squeeze my arms into the medium! I agree that it's more snug. It also pulled at the chest, but I had that problem last year, too. These pictures are of the large.</p> <p>I actually went in my closet and held it up to last year's version. Exactly the same length. I must just be feeling confident, because last year there was NO WAY I would have considered wearing it sans leggings. You really have great legs for a 40-year-old (not that that is any significant age these days). I would skip it because I have a big booty and never have good bottom coverage in anything shorter than knee length. Also, I frequently have to squat in public-- I swear I wear nice undies, but that doesn't mean I want to flash them. I think the dress looks good. If you are planning on belting it though, try it with the belt first before deciding.
