Unfortunately, it isn't holding up very well. I have not put it through the dryer, but it's already starting to stretch out in a few places. I don't know if the blue one will have the same problem, but wanted to let you know so you'd be aware. Sadly, I will be on the hunt for another one next year. I did end up getting the Old Navy one and I wanted to make a post to tell anyone who is looking that I highly recommend it (at least so far). It is a nice dark color with no distressed finishes or whiskering and rides high on the waits which for me is flattering. I have not put it through the wash or worn it that much so I cannot speak to the durability of it yet. However, I got it for about $19 with a coupon so I don't mind spending that if it holds up for a year or so which I expect it will. So check Old Navy if you are on the hunt for a good dark denim pencil skirt. </p>
