I think the boots are too busy (laces) with the pattern, and also that these pants are better "scrunched" over a shoe like the shootie or pump or oxford. What do you think?   (Please ignore the sock peeking out of the shootie.  :)  I was trying on my new black Circus Holts.  I think they're going back.  My instep makes them very very snug.  The high heeled shooties are more comfortable!)
