We're excited too! And trepidatious - the whole job market thing. But it's time to go home.<br /> As for the project - O M G. My back hurts, my mind is jelly, and the room looks like I have 3 times the clothes I really do! I found out doing 2 big projects at the same time was a bit much. Taking the pics ended up being the easy part! The rest of it - deciding what to pack now and what to keep out for another couple weeks, what exactly to bring in a travel bag up front for the drive itself, and keeping track of which clothes were clean and which were worn before was too much all at once! Oh, yeah, and my attempt to hang onto only matching white hangers, with all the crazy switching out of colors going on in the midst of it, added to the madness.<br /> I have maybe half of it packed. I took pics of all shirts that were hanging, and all shorts. I may take pics of the layer tops and tanks tomorrow along with all the pants so I can pack them away already.<br /> The funniest thing is we are seeing 80 again this week, but our trip will be going up to DC, Davenport, and Rushmore, so it's going to be freezing by comparison. Leaves quite an interesting mix laying around right now in the limbo zone lol.<br /> I'll get the pics loaded and organized later tonight. If I buy something in brick and mortar shop, and can not find the same item on-line, I search for similar item and save it. And then just group the pictures into a different folders by categories (top, skirts, pants etc..) And now I have all of my closet in my computer, sorted by categories. Some of you might remember I did this preemptive packing in August or so when we first thought we'd move. Shipped out my car and everything. Well, about a month and a half later I got sick of pulling out random items as I needed them and unpacked everything. Today I'm diving back in.<br /> I am going to attempt to take a photo of each and every item as I go. Now, let me just say that this is a perfect gauge of how to decide if you have a large wardrobe or not. If the idea of taking a photo of every piece makes you dizzy and overwhelmed, odds are your wardrobe is considered large lol!<br /> I did get all my tanks photographed a month or two ago (pic), so that just leaves another 30 shirts (short and long sleeved), 18 dresses, 10 pants, 8 shorts, 10 skirts, 12 jackets and coats, about a dozen sweaters, and sundry other items like leggings, vests, layer tees.<br /> I think I will try this in a 3 day pronged attack. Shirts will be first, since they are the most numerous.<br /> The bonus is, at the end I will have finally gotten my wardrobe cataloged and may finally be able to better track Cost Per Wear this year. Wish me luck!!</p> <p>EDIT: oh, and I will have to snap photos of what's back in CA when I get there, too. Another good 10 or so coats and pants each, and more sweaters and boots. </p>
