They look super and not at all orthotic friendly! I use the Superfeet Firecracker recommended. I find them helpful in most shoes. Sometimes they don't fit because the heel isn't built high enough and then my foot slips out. I love them and there are very comfortable. They are my regular size. I usually have to go up 1/2 size to accommodate my inserts.
