Carla got closest with 1990. The other photo that shows the skirt, where my husband is wearing a tux, was taken in June 1989. So Nikki and Angie with 1989 were correct for that photo. His tux was chosen by my Canadian sister-in-law (he was best man in that pic for her wedding to his brother) so maybe April her tastes were a throwback to the early 80s?
