Museumgal, the biggest reason I don't like some of these is my midsection! That is pretty much all I see and I'm feeling I should be wearing tops with a looser fit. But I prefer the softness of sweaters, which tend to cling. Hopefully coming weeks will show improvement.

I don't think your outfits are terrible at all! Why don't you like them? Seriously, if you can articulate why you don't like them, you can probably tweak them so you like next week's better.

It must be my phone - the photos were all cropped to remove extraneous stuff. They aren't small on my ipad so that throws me off. I'm very technologically challenged.

ETA: I sympathize, too...it is rough posting the bad with the good and the indifferent. And rough for me not to repeat. I've already repeated..um...at least 8 items in my first week. And will repeat them again in the second!

Hunh. I wonder why the photos are so teeny weeny?

Don't hide your outfits -- from what I can tell, these are all terrific and you are being way too hard on yourself!

These pictures are so bad and outfits so not good I'm almost ashamed to post them. But, I told myself I'd try to follow through with Mo's challenge.

1. Probably my favorite of the week. Worn to breakfast with friends. Likely the last outing of the year for this AT floral cardi. BR soft wash linen blouse, which I actually really like despite the collar. De-sweetened at Texstyle's suggestion with my olive jeans. SE moss petty boots.

2. Worn at home to cheer on my college football team to a big victory. Ibexwear wool knit pants and hoodie, cream LE fleece, Haflinger wineglass and grape pattern slippers.

3. Schlepping at home. LE cashmere sweater, Eddie Bauer boot cuts and Naot shoes.

4. Teal orphan sweater, burgundy EB tee and black Canyon River Blues skinny jeans.

5 and 6. Out for errands. Canyon River jeans again, this time with black tee and olive/brown utility jacket. Second time out I switched the utility jacket for the Spiegel leather and was much more comfortable.

7 and 8. Homage to fall colors. Another orphan sweater, brown argyle, with olive jeans. Added BR silk sleeveless tank for some color. Not sure if it looks better with shirt hem showing or not.

9. Losing track of the days now already ! Gap academy blazer, AT ikat blouse, different pair of Eddie Bauer bootcuts, MK python pattern belt, SE moss Pettys. Pretty happy with this.

That sums up my week in an unfortunate nutshell. I'm thinking the orphans should be relegated to loungewear. Probably even the LE stripe cashmere. Whew, was this ever a struggle posting on my phone. Think I'll have to go back to the camera for next week!
