LOVE. They do charge for shipping under a certain amount but whatever - it's one of the only places I've found online that duplicates my much-missed NYC Century 21 experience - European brands and stock hurrah! </p> <p>No problems returning except on Final Sale items, they wrap everything beautifully, even the boxes are nice enough to save and reuse (IMO). The only thing is, I do tend to return a fair amount because European sizing is tricky. I usually fit into a 42, but add in a IT vs a FR vs a Belgum 42, plus designer fit quirks and... well, a lot of cute stuff hasn't fit.
