You could google the term to find online stores, or to find out if there are any brick and mortar ones near you. The brick and mortars are fading fast, so your best bet would be online shopping. However, true military issued pea coats are very stiff and bulky. You may prefer to shop around for a well made pea coat that can be bought in a department store.
