Even if the building is pleasant in the morning, put several hundred kids into that space and it heats up VERY fast. The beginning month of school and the last month of school can be intolerable, depending on the weather. Shakes head. So glad they aren't problems for me anymore. I worked in an office where the rumour was the warranty for the heating/air conditioning &nbsp;system expired before the building was occupied. You can only imagine. And of course, near the windows was completely different than the center of the building. And in the apartment the manager on the top floor set the temperature.
