I have changed it so only the primary topics appear in the list when you aren't logged in. I have the Feedly app and when I tapped the Visit Website button on the YLF screen of the app, I could access Off Topic from the little icon folder on the Forum page. FYI I do not have the YLF app itself on my phone. Hope this is clear! </p>
