I have two pairs of lace-ups, one low, flat and one high-top with a hidden wedge. The low ones I wear as an oxford substitute. The high tops I wear as a bootie substitute. It's pretty much that simple. I&nbsp; find wearing them with skirts is hard, so I guess my high-tops don't exactly equate to booties, because I do wear booties with skirts, quite easily. But I am challenged when it comes to oxfords with skirts--love the look on others, but I often don't love the look on me.<br />I really like your inspiration photos, and I can see you in any of those looks.
