They fit well in a size 41 (I’m almost always an 11 B). They are very stiff, which the website warns about. They do offer several different lasts with varying widths, but unfortunately I have tried a few pairs (the mid-heel oxfords and booties), sized up to try to get more space in the toe box, but struck out in terms of fit (heel a smidge too high at 2.5 inches, coupled with the slightly narrow toe box even in a size up). I am crossing my fingers they work for you!
