I'm not sure if you're still reading these responses but thought I might chime in. I think NYDJ fits great in some cases and is uncool in other cases. I have several pairs of NYDJ but I've also donated several pairs too because of the uncool factor. Case in point, my first pair of "skinnies" were NYDJ. I then tried a pair of their jeggings. After 2 seasons, I realized neither of them were skinny enough and had serious frump factor so out they went. On the other hand, I currently have several pairs in various styles and colours which I think are fantastic. I think, too, that I stay away from tucking because the rise is high but that is also part of the genius because it creates perfect girdling under tops. I've got Levis I've owned forever and they never let me down.</p> <p>The other brand that works great for me is J Brand (although depending on the style I sometimes have to have these shortened, but I buy them after-market on the cheap, so the extra $15 for shortening is no biggie).</p> <p>I don't wear any brand because it's fashionable or considered "hip."
