The store looks nice. They have a bar in the middle of the 2nd floor at the Nordies near me. I wonder if the bar and services idea was inspired by the card member events. There are tons of food and drinks, special services, and a festive vibe at those. A lot of the other stuff in the collection was oversized. This runs small. </p> <p>Vildy- I realize it but can’t speak for anyone else. My husband is in advertising so I recognize how Nordy’s is doing their marketing and respect it. Target’s “sip n shop” is more blatant. This is more on the guise of making brick and mortar shopping an experience so people choose it over online. Either way, the stores want people to open their wallets. </p> <p>Robin - me too in general but I could get used to it. I don’t like people approaching me while I shop but I’ll have to deal with it. I liked being whisked to an enormous and private dressing room. I also didn’t get the sense of being “profiled” (as not rich) that I sometimes get in higher end stores.
