				<description>&#060;p&#062;That's a shame!  I had problems too. I ordered the Kenna T by calling a store.  The saleslady was great, called around and found it, but it arrived poorly packed and also damaged.  The packaging wasn't the cause of the damage, it was just shocking to see such an expensive item just thrown in a box lined with paper.  The box arrived crushed.  The disappointing thing was that there were grey faded-looking marks on the back of one shoulder.  It looked like something that might have occured during manufacturing.  When I spoke to the sales lady about it she apologized and said that yes, they did get in a few that had that problem.  I decided to return it and not search for another because it was too small.  I'm a size 12, the large is a 10.  I thought I might squeak into it but it ended up being too snug in the shoulders and I couldn't zip it at all.  I really loved it though!  Maybe next year they'll do it again with more sizes!    &#060;/p&#062;

It seems like it would be more convenient to ship them back than go in person, and I would definitely request that they reimburse you for shipping both ways.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Last week I called the closest Nordstrom's to me and asked them about the Kenna-t moto jacket, the same one that san has.  The very nice saleswoman said that they were sold out, but that she could have one sent to me from another store.  Great.  She called a couple of days later and told me that she had accidentally had two sent to me.  Oops.  Not great, because even if it fits, I will have to return one of them, and the closest store is 90 miles away.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Today I received one of the jackets in the mail.  Guess what?  Wrong jacket. &#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I don't know how that happened, as I gave her the style # and everything.  I didn't even try it on, as the one they sent is the ruffled one, and I don't do ruffles.  I wonder if I'm going to get two ruffled jackets, now...
