My husband got this for me for Christmas in Prague, where we stumbled upon a very cool independent jewelry and accessory boutique that specialized in eclectic Czech designers. I didn’t see this in the store but he surprised me with it later. He liked that it was a twist on such a traditional combination of gold and pearl, and knew I’d appreciate the crab claws, being from Crabtown, USA! </p> <p>Even though gold is not my preferred metal, when I love a gold piece, I’ll definitely work it into my style!</p> <p>ETA: I realized after I posted this that I adjusted the ring after these photos — the claws are now drawn closer together so the fit is better on my finger than what you see here. </p>
