I did hike with them yesterday, but got some low back pain on one side- so I hope they'll be ok. I'm a bit worried that the thick sneaker like sole caused it, cause I had trouble with sneakers before- before I went to zero drop.<br /> In cold weather I don't hike more than a mile or 2, and generally in my extended backyard.
