Never ever have a problem, and I return high end items from Nordstrom. I have also packed multiple orders worth of items in a box and sent it back. Make sure you write the order number someplace and include that. I wanted to return to the Rack and called CS and they said the Rack might not accept the items, depending. On what? Well, they weren't able to tell me, exactly. So I put another batch of returns into two boxes and took them to the post office yesterday. One of the boxes weighed nine pounds! The benefit to returning in person is that you get the refund faster if that's an issue for you. </p> <p>By the way if you live near a Nordstrom rack you can return regular Nordstrom items there as well. If it makes a difference, my Born boots came straight from the manufacturer.</p> <p>I don't live near a Nordstrom, but will be driving by one in a few days -it will be a bit inconvenient to stop by but doable. </p>
