Nordstrom is second to none in service and they'll let you look as long as you like and help you find exactly what you are looking for. I browse the pre-sale for all the departments I can, including beauty. Pre-sale is very mafia. You whisper the secret to your SA insider and are whisked off to a backroom/curtained area with all the pre-sale merchandise. There's samples in various sizes to try on and you can pre-order for pick-up or delivery once the sale starts. </p> <p>I swear the underground/secrecy of the pre-sale generates extra revenue.
