Their shipping is super fast (and free) and returns are fairly seamless. I had a problem a couple weeks ago, a purse I ordered arrived without the strap and they rectified the problem lightening fast. I really love Shopbop!</p> <p>I've only ordered from Nordstrom twice, and I haven't experienced a problem. But I haven't had to return anything either. They use Fifty-One if I believe, which hasn't always been the best for me. I know Norstrom has great service, but I think their channels to Canada are still lacking. I'm looking forward to the new stores opening here in Canada though. VERY quick and free shipping and I can see from the reviews on various items that MANY of their customers are outside the US (Asia, Australia, etc).
