I am amused by the OTK socks, as they were popular almost exactly 20 years ago when I was living in Boston, When I came back to my home state for a visit and wore them, I turned LOTS of heads since the trend had not really made it that far inland yet! I love the idea of flats with skirts, but my eye has an easier time with flat sandals, boots or d'orsay or pointed toe&nbsp;flats than with oxfords or sneakers.
