Trench coat. &nbsp;It was missing the button-in liner and also the hood. &nbsp;And the buttons for the liner were cut off. &nbsp;But the threads for those buttons were not removed. &nbsp;I was mad because it was on a huge markdown, fit nicely, and was sold out in my size. &nbsp;I was credited for my purchase right away.<br />2. Their regular jogger doesn’t fit me right but these seem to be cut differently, unless it’s my imagination. They would alternate between “ sold out” and a random size reappearing.<br /> So , lo and behold , a few days ago the burgundy S showed up and I ordered it as well as a coordinating top.<br /> The joggers arrived today but are a size M packed in bag marked S.<br /> Double drats because now I can’t see if it would fit , item continues “ sold out” plus have to return, but this one is “ not my fault!”.<br /> I usually would just return without any discussion or whining to Customer Service - though would mark the reason- because I know mistakes happen, and actually rarely with my orders, but after Chris’s experience, I wonder if I need to go on record about “ This return doesn’t count! “ </p> <p>ETA update--as I noted in thread, Customer Service exchanged for new size as sizes kept coming in or out of stock, and it arrived and FITS!&nbsp;</p> <p>I think that what works is the yoke styling, which is not on their regular joggers.&nbsp;</p>
